What do I get with my ticket purchase?

For standard ticketholders:

  • Two days full of interesting, informative speakers, content and case studies, across two streams.
  • Valuable insights into digital marketing and social media that you won’t get anywhere else.
  • Morning tea and lunch every day.

If you pick up a Superpass you also get:

  • Access to the Power Hour and networking drinks on Thursday 22 August.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up to 14 days prior to the event.
Is my ticket transferable?

Yes, you can transfer or sell your ticket to someone else. We do not facilitate this, so please let us know if you organise a transfer.

Can I buy a one day ticket?
No. Due to a lack of interest in one day tickets we no longer offer this option. We encourage you to share a ticket with a colleague or consider a Virtual Pass instead.
Will I get access to the session recordings?
Yes. All attendees, in person or virtual, will receive a copy of the session recordings about a week after the event. Please note not all speakers allow their sessions to be recorded, so we can’t guarantee you’ll receive session recordings of all speakers.
Do you offer student discounts?

We have made a conscious effort to ensure ticket prices are as affordable as possible for everyone. As such, we are unable to offer a student discount.
