A marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience, Erik joined the South Australian Tourism Commission as Executive Director of Marketing in July 2021.
As Executive Director of Marketing, Erik is responsible for developing and delivering marketing activity that promotes South Australia as a destination of choice to domestic and international markets.
The team’s current focus is on increasing the appeal of South Australia and growing consideration for South Australian holidays through a more consistent and distinct marketing approach.
Under Erik’s leadership, the SATC Marketing Team was named National Marketing Team of the Year 2023 at the Australian Marketing Institute for Marketing Excellence Awards.
